Nice friendly guys, did keep them supplied with lots of tea or coffee, they didn't start too early but cracked on with the conversion, old roof off and new frame up with insulation on first day. Finishing outside took two more days looked good so far. Plastering team took over battened the inside and boarded with insulated plaster board and skimmed, two more days. All compleat in five days had then to wait for it to dry. Now the important bit, on moving into this house we wanted to change the conservatory roof but decided to give it twelve months before deciding what to do, it was freezing the first winter and boiling in summer. Looked at all the option's and decided to go for a complete new roof. Taking your conservatory roof off the first week in January was a little daunting but I was told it wouldn't happen if it was raining, fortunately we had a dry first day but very cold. Overall we're very happy with the service and quality of the finished roof, need to see if its better in summer but we have every confidence it will be. We have had some very bad weather since completion And everything been great. This is not a cheap option but I consider it good value for money. We will definitely contact them for any future projects.

They converted our garage. What I liked most is they had a different professional for each aspect, so each job (electrics, joinery, plasterer etc) was done to top standards. And all the workers were lovely. They got matching skirting, the sockets we wanted and windows to match the rest of the house. Everything was done quicker than expected and there was barley any mess. The project manager called very regularly just to check we were happy and that everything was moving along smooth which I appreciated. The finished room looks great, there was absolutely no issues along the process 😊 Only additional thing id add is some trade white on the walls, or even a recommendation for a painter with availability, just because it was difficult to fit in painting the walls & fitting flooring before the joiner came to do the skirting & door as I have a toddler with me all day every day. But I was well aware this was the process when booking, just a thought for future projects. We are wanting to change out bay window next and we will go with this company again 😊

Absolutely delighted with our new orangery and would highly recommend this company. Communication was excellent and all involved in the build were brilliant, very professional and even cleaning up before they left. We live on a new estate and have already had neighbours commenting on how impressed they are and how well the brickwork and window frames have been matched to the existing ones. Do not hesitate to contact them if you are thinking of having work done.

We are over the moon with our new orangery. Excellent customer service from start to finish. All of the tradespeople were very professional and friendly. All work was always tidied at the end of the day. Excellent communication from office staff to update us on timescales etc. Staff at Tyneside Home Improvements went above and beyond to try and appease our unhappy neighbours. Thank you so much, would highly recommend this company.

Would recommend this company to anyone, done an amazing job changing our windows. From the sales team down to the fitters and plasterers the team were fantastic. For construction type work they were very clean, sweeping up at the end of the day. The process was 99.9% perfect (let's face it nothing is ever 100%). But the little niggly things that may seem trivial to some, but to the customer may feel massive were sorted immediately, so never felt like I was bothering them no matter who I spoke to. So would give a 10 out 10 to everyone from the sales team, office staff, fitters and plasterers. If you want quality and a hassle free service THI is definitely worth a phone call.
