Ian Stonehouse5 Starlast week my flat roof was leaking due to the bad weather I looked on the Internet and found this company. I have now got a new rubber roof from start to finish I can not thank this company enough the price was really competitive and was a hassle free service they left no mess and was always polite my neighbour is now having the same work done from this company.

Joe Sanderson1 StarHad work carried out on our property in 2016, quoted a very competitive price, sadly that's where the good service ended.
They advised additional work was needed on our dorma roofs, they offered an off of the books service, but offered a receipt for the work, In true ROGUE trader style, the job they carried out failed, we had water leaking through our roof for over 4 months, they constantly lied about when they were going to rectify the work, after 4 months of legal threats they returned to repair 50% of the work to stop the leak. They have left our house with excessive water damage to two bedrooms and a dry verge that is hanging off.
It has cost us thousands of pounds to rectify the issues.
Luckily I am you enough to get up and down the loft to collect water every evening. Someone less mobile and their ceilings would of collapsed.
I would seriously consider your options before choosing price over brand and reputation.Friday 23rd June 2017

Had a rubber roof fitted 2017 leaked after a year made constant phone calls and sent emails, he was called Nick Smith who dealt with everything said they would repair the roof never showed up stopped answering calls, emails, texts, having to sort legal action and repairs, stay away!!!Wednesday 20th November 2019
