This was a great company to work with. Very professional and easy to deal with. From the first consultation I had with Mark, to the final inspection and sign off. I could always get in touch with the project manager or owner if I had any questions relating to the job. The work crew always arrived punctually and were easy to talk to and got on with the job. I was always kept in the loop with all aspects of the work, and it was completed in the time frame given at the start. I would have no hesitation calling Strathclyde Domestic Roofing for any future roofing work, or recommending them to anyone looking for roofing work. Both my wife and I are thrilled with the new roof we have and I have peace of mind knowing that the work was covered by their 20 year guarantee.

I started having issues with my roof soon after it was fitted. The company that installed it fixed 2 leaks and after that they did not help with bits that had falling off or stop the starlings nesting in the loft. I took the company to court and won my case, but the sheriff officers could not get any monies back for me to fix the repairs my roof needed. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with Strathclyde Domestic Roofing who was the only Company who got a pair of ladders to look at the roof and sent me a detailed report of what I asked them to repair and a couple of additions such as air vents. They very quickly came and did a great job with the repairs always keeping me up to date with what was happening and when. When the storms hit in January my roof was badly damaged. I put a claim into my insurance company. They would not pay out because of bad workmanship. With no hesitation I phoned Strathclyde Domestic Roofing who pulled out all the stops for me to repair all the damage and more to make sure my roof was secure and will last for many years to come. I cannot thank all the guys at Strathclyde Domestic Roofing enough for the great job they have done and also for giving me peace of mind.

Strathclyde Domestic Roofing We live in a 100 year old property and decided to replace our slate roof with new slates . We got several quotes. We were particularly impressed with Mark from Strathclyde Domestic Roofing. While his quote was certainly very competitive , we were more taken by his knowledge of roofing and his ability to answer all our technical questions. Within the timescale arranged the work commenced in a professional manner. The project was well managed form the start with scaffolding and workmen arriving on time as arranged. The roofers worked hard all day . The project Manager Gavin was on hand to answer any questions and check that the work was being carried out within agreed timescale. Everyone involved in the roof was helpful and easy to deal with . Site was fully cleared and tidied up on completion. We are delighted with the finished work as it is in keeping with the style of our house. Gavin also provided photos of the completed work for our records. Due to the high standard of the work, we had several enquires about Stathclyde Domestic Roofers from neighbours. In fact, several instructed the work to be carried out on their own homes. A fantastic testament to the standard of the work completed on ours. At our request they did not replace gutters at the time of renewing the roof. However we had a problem with this recently and had no hesitation asking Strathclyde to complete the work. As with the main roof the gutter repairs were repaired professionally, efficiently and to the same high standard we expected. Overall we highly recommend this company for great service, knowledge and attention to detail for installation of new roof and also general maintenance and roof repairing.

Our roof has been fully related to a very high standard. New beadwork, new gutters, new fascia, verge boards, soffit linings vertical timbers and roughcast repairs. The workers were dilligen in their work, respectful, good time keepers. We couldn't be more pleased.

Strathclyde Domestic Roofing have done an exceptional job on a complex slate roofing job. Project management has been fantastic, being really engaged on the works required, including things like scaffolding (really important!) and guttering. SDR have also liaised closely with other people working on the house. It's been a breath of fresh air, and I would highly recommend without any hesitation.
