We appointed RB Allen to remove 4 old Velux windows and install 2 new bigger ones in our extension. The quotation was competitive and Carl always responded quickly to our calls and gave us a fitting date which he stuck too. The team who fitted the new Velux were excellent. They were friendly, polite and worked hard to do a great job to a high quality finish. They were respectful of our property and very responsible in the removal of all waste. We employed R B Allen and sons to repoint our house and repair the Ridge tiles, they've done an excellent job throughout, very professional outfit. Very friendly and efficient nothing is too much trouble. They are reliable and they leave a very clean workplace no mess. Great job would highly recommend to anyone.

RB Allan & sons repointed the gable end and replaced the roof on our house. They were very responsive to our initial enquiries and to our subsequent questions. Their quote for the work was detailed and transparent and the price was fair. They provided a highly efficient service, managing the entire project from start to finish, including organising the delivery and removal of the skip and scaffolding from third parties, and maintaining an excellent level of communication throughout. The teams were courteous and tidy, and the standard of their work was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending them for similar projects and have already passed their details onto a friend.

I cannot praise highly enough the work of this company! We were initially absolutely conned by a bunch of cowboys into getting ridge tiles replace for me and my neighbours roof. They made a complete hatchet job on my elderly neighbours roof and walked off the job half done. We were recommended contacting RB Allan and Sons by Sheffield Trading Standards - they were not wrong! They came out the next day to assess the poor work that was half complete and despite being really busy, fit in doing the work because of the situation my neighbour was left in. They gave a very reasonable price for the job, but more importantly, came, did a quality job, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and cleaned up after the cowboys who had been before. If you are looking for a roofer to trust - you need to call these guys! Thank you for solving a very difficult situation for us, quickly and efficiently!
