Contracted to do some work on a flat roof extension.left the roof leaking considerably every time it rains . Causing extensive damage to interior walls and ceiling. Will not reply to correspondence requesting them to put right damage Do not use this company

Young lad from this company approahed us while we were working outside on our property. He asked us if he could give us a quote to trim the top of our hedge. Agreed a price with him and he commenced the work. He hacked at the hedge for 20 minutes and then started to complain that the job was too hard for the money he had quoted £100. It was clear he did not have the required skills equipment or experience for this kind of work. After a further 10 minutes of hacking at the hedge and making a total mess of it. He decided that he wanted paying. We refused as he had not come anywhere near completing the job we had agreed. He became aggressive and even picked up his hedge trimmer and approached me in an aggressive threatening manner. after calling the head office and complaining he eventually half heartedly cleared up some of the mess he had made and left. He made both of us feel uncomfortable and my partner went iside as she said she felt unsafe with him on our property. Have to admit i was on the verge of calling the police myself. Our hedge is now a complete mess! If anyone from this company approaches you to carry out any work my advice is to politely say no thank you and close the door. REPLY TO OWNER. IM CONFUSED AS TO WHY YOU ARE CONFUSED. I DO NOT PAY TRADESMEN WHO DO NOT CARRY OUT THE WORK THEY HAVE BEEN CONTRACTED TO DO, BUT INSTEAD CAUSE VERY VISIBLE DAMAGE. THERE IS NOW A HUGE HOLE IN OUR HEDGE WITH 80% OF IT LEFT UNTOUCHED. MY PARTNER HAD TO SPEND ALMOST AN HOUR CLEARING UP THE MESS HE LEFT BEHIND ON OUR LAWN. WE HAD TO RING YOU TWICE BECAUSE OF HIS BEHAVIOUR AND YOUR ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT YOU DIDNT WANT US TO CALL THE POLICE! ALL OF OUR HOUSE IS COVERED BY CCTV AND I AM POSITIVE I CAN PROVE EVERY PART OF THIS REVIEW. YOU ARE LUCKY THAT I HAVE NOT AS YET PUT IN A COUNTY COURT CLAIM FOR THE DAMAGE YOUR COMPANY HAS CAUSED.
