AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!! Unless you want water coming through the roof. I wish I could report 0 stars and he doesn’t even deserve 1. The director Shane is rude and aggressive. He came to fit a new roof on the property and when we explained that the roof was not waterproof due to the leaks he turns to aggression and states “is it cos I’m a gypsy” He is confrontational and uses aggression to try and scare people into not approaching him, when there’s problems with his work. He offers a 5 year warranty that he doesn’t keep to and refuses to keep up the repairs, due to the customers complaining and advising that the damage the roof is causing to their property is severe so they are going to have to take further action. Maybe if he used the right equipment the first time or atleast repaired it right then there wouldn’t be so many leaks on the roof. The team he has with him fly tip into other people’s properties. This has all been reported to check a trader. Absolutely AVOID - unless you want to also be scammed for £30,000 for a new roof that is not waterproof and has a director that breaks his contact when it comes to the warranty (which is illegal and we will be taking it further)

Leak around chimney After heavy storms noticed a leak in our attic having been let down by other roofers i was recommended by a freind to shane from notts roofing Called him came out the same day made everything sound simple and what i thought was a big job to my relief shane explained only a simple fix was needed carried the work out very professionally and very reasonable priced Storms have sinced returned and thankfully no more leaks i cant recommend this firm enough If u are looking for a honest reliable roofer do yourself a favour look no further than this tradesman Thanks again

Absolutely terrible company Had a roof renewed 18 months ago Was quoted £18k when it was completed it went up to a staggering £30k which we paid Within the last 18 months the company has had to come back at least 8 times The roof is still leaking from several points Shane refuses to come out again and honour the guarantee Do not use this company at any cost you will end up paying more and the problem will continue Shane is very aggressive with his attitude towards us Shane is now enjoying his Christmas while we are using mops and buckets to get the water out of our house Stay away from this company
