Opulent Sunset5 StarThey showed up when they said they would (and they actually answered the phone and showed up and unlike some roofers), provided estimates over email and got the job done. I needed a tile replaced, it took a bit longer as scaffolding was needed. Very professional. All good - thanksSaturday 30th March 2024
Dave H5 StarVery happy with the work carried out by, and would recommend. Had water leaking in through our back wall above a window, and required pointing work to be done and a down pipe replaced.
In the last year dealt with various roofing companies, who are always keen to come out, then don't, or when they do always want to make it in to a bigger job, or will text you a quick, or give handwritten quotes with no breakdown of costs.
Guy from North East Roofing Contractors came out when they said they would, after having confirmed via email. Obviously the chap was more of a surveyor rather than a salesman. Had a chat about what needed done. Received an email with a proper printed quote on pdf, including pictures of area (s) to be worked on.
