I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. They also gave me an update on the work as it progressed with detailed pictures. It now looks great and comes with a 10 year guarantee. I had two roof repairs completed by N.Bird and Son. They replaced some felt and installed a dry ridge system on the garage and found 3 splits in the flashing on the extension roof. Shaun responded very quickly to my initial call and arranged for scaffolding which arrived the same day. Mike and Zac carried out an excellent job, they were professional, thorough, and explained what they were doing. They cleaned everything up before they left. No hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks for a job well done.

Within 48 hours of my telephone call, Shaun and roofing team had surveyed and showed integrity by quoting only for essential repair and were on the roof, re-roofing the dormer surrounds, fitting vent tiles and re-bedding the complete row of ridge tiles. They’ve been very clear to talk to, regular face-to-face and telephone contact, and freely offered valuable advice beyond their own very neat work. We’ve only been here one year and this essential work will protect our roof and attic. Before purchase, EOS Surveyors (Sutton Coldfield) advised our house needed tender loving care. Even more importantly, N. Bird and Son has given us peace of mind. I am very confident in recommending this company.

N Bird have just finished repairing a leak in our roof coming from the back chimney. There was a lot of work to be done, everything short of a complete rebuild which they carried out professionally, and in a friendly manor. One thing I liked is their quick response to questions and problems that arose. This was largely down to Shaun who always answered the phone or phoned me back within a few minutes if he was on another call. Thanks to all the team. Gary
