Company done a great job repairing my nana's chimney stack. Showed us both videos and explained clearly what was required and once job was completed we were both again shown videos showing all work was carried out exactly as explained. The guys doing the work were very polite and professional. They even done a quick repair on my nana's leaking gutter free of charge which was a lovely gesture and appreciated. Would definitely recommend. 5 🌟

BEWARE! Paid for guttering work which was not done and lied consistently about coming to rectify. Customer service not high on their list of priorities. Keep searching! Update, finally did the work but we’re waiting to see result next time it rains!

We had some problems arranging a repair with one of their project managers, who was quite unprofessional and unreliable, but once I managed to get in touch with the director, the problem was resolved quickly. Work was carried out to a satisfactory standard and the workmen themselves were skilled and professional.

K russell is a great company, I had problems with my roof leaking and broken tiles, the team quickly come to see what the problem was and started to fix my roof right away replacing old tiles and felt underneath the job was finished Swiftly and I was so pleased with the work after really clean and tidy also
