Absolutely shocking , came round to take photos and give an honest report. Charged me £200 and told me that I would receive invoice with photos and report. Never send invoice and has refused to send one as he states that because I gave him cash he did not pay VAT so he won’t send one. The fact that you came into my home and asked for cash commenting on ‘ it wouldn't have been worth my while ‘ which you made me feel uncomfortable and then had the cheek to lie and text me that you are working to let me have an invoice, then call me a liar, that’s so unprofessional rude and shocking coming from a business man. You should be community friendly but it’s shocking to feel intimidated by your vile messages. So please stop lying.

This firm did a major roof renovation for us and they are just the best. They are real craftsmen who take pride in what they do and are always at pains to communicate with you about what needs to be done, how much it will cost and progress on the job. They are professional, fast and tidy. Honestly, if you are anywhere near north London with a roofing problem, you want to speak to John at JD Roofing.

I needed some roofing work done on my house and John+team were great, they inspected the place and were able to quickly get the job done, I needed a few more things done on the roof that John highlighted and explained, I felt I was in very good and safe hands. I contacted JD Roofing to repair a roof leak affecting our electrics. John responded quickly and came out to have a look the same day. He took some pictures and clearly explained what work was needed and where there could be potential issues in the future. As it was a safety issue, John agreed to carry out the repairs within a couple of days - the completed works were also guaranteed. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend JD Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs. Thanks John and team!

Good experience with this company which I would use again and recommend. I arranged the work from a distance on behalf of my mum, but received photos and videos before and after. They showed water testing of the repair and cleared up afterwards.
