Luke was polite and professional right from the start. He responded quickly to my call, arriving bright and early the following morning to assess the damage and give me a quote. He kept me informed throughout as to when the work would be carried out and the work was completed to a high standard with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to me. Luke is friendly and personable and provides a professional service. He is without doubt the most courteous tradesman I have ever dealt with. A pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend him without hesitation.
