Worst experience ever. They offered a quote over the phone but upon arriving tried charging me 4x the original price. Agreed to half the price if I paid in cash which was still double the original price. Upon accepting the job, they boasted to provide a guarantee for the roof repair and Forced me to into giving a deposit. I gave the deposit and they decided they would start work the next day at 10am. 10am came and they did not show up. I called at 11am, they finally arrived at midday. Upon starting the job they starting changing the prices again and again , and trying to extort me for more and more money after they had taken my deposit so they made me feel cornered. They made me feel like I would have to pay more for them To do the job, else my deposit would be a waste. I explained that I am a 76 year old pensioner with no income but they did not care.They took advantage of the situation. When i asked for a copy of the guarantee, he became confrontational and very hesitant to provide this to me. Eventually he gave it to me when I said I would not pay the remaining balance. Exactly 1 week later and my roof is leaking worse than before!!! I contacting them based on the guarantee they provided me and they do not care, they literally do not want to know. Even now they just want to extort more money for simply fixing the job I already paid them to do. Please do not use these guys- he seems Charming and helpful on the phone but is an amateur and does not have the skills or knowledge to complete the job. More so, it will be a stressful experience, with lots of arguing because whatever he promises before starting the job does not happen!

Jason repaired/replaced a badly damaged flat roof for us in back in November. He was great to deal with. Clear itemised quote comparable to the other quotes we had, but we went for J & S roofing because of their prompt and responsive communication via phone and email. Works were carried out on time and on budget, and Jason was friendly and professional throughout. I would highly recommend.

We needed our roof vented for a loft conversion and invited several contractors to come up with solutions and a quote. Jason's proposal included using discreet facia vents and a ventilated ridge system. He and his team were very accommodating and listened to our exact requirement and answered all questions. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the price they offered as well as the innovative solution ventilation solution which no other company provided. If it wasn't for Jason, we would have had ugly tile vents fitted by another company. Very happy overall and this company is a stellar example of how the building trade should be.

I needed a flat roof repaired quickly as the forecast was heavy rain. The work was done quickly and efficiently....and it worked. Steve was polite and very helpful. Have recommended them already
