From beginning to end, I cannot complain about anything. From quote to completion got family feel from this company. Professional, helpful and trustworthy. Genuinely honest and hardworking people who will not let you down. Respectful of your property, removed all waste, workmanship was spot on. Scaffolding people also hard working and polite. A joy to work with, would definitely recommend and hire again.

Critical: Professionalism, Integrity, Quality, Cost Repair roof by removing and re-bedding 16 ridge tiles and change 20 slates. Scaffolding was already up for decorating but still charged just under £1000 for a couple of hours work !! Since the work was carried out, I have discovered the following problems: 1. Slates replaced by slates that don’t match unlike what was promised. 2. Slates have been glued on causing some to dislodge or fall off (see attached photographs). 3. Roof leak into top bedroom 4. Gutters blocked with debris causing further blockage in downpipe that resulted in additional expense. I informed Hightop Roofing of the gutter blockage after it occurred, and they failed to get back to me. I have also informed them of the other problems stated above and they indicated any site visit would lead to additional expense as repair work is not guaranteed !! The Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982 (As amended) says that reasonable care and skill must be used while working. In my opinion, they did not use reasonable care and skill when they carried out this work and they have broken their contract with me. Rather than invite them back to remedy the situation as I do not believe quality work will be carried out I will now have to embark on a reroofing as the repair carried out is of such a poor standard.

I regret to say that my experience with High top roofing service was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, there were numerous issues that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, the communication was poor. It was difficult to get in touch with them, and when I did, there were constant delays in responses and aggressive tone. I have reported an issue 3 month ago on the job they did and my messages and email are ignored. I have spent £1250 on leak repair but it still is leaking! I have given green light to additional works that were discovered on the site but there was miscommunication between workers and in result the roof is still leaking! Secondly, the quality of workmanship was subpar. The roof repairs that were done did not meet my expectations at all. Overall, I cannot recommend Keelan and his team based on my experience. I would advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent roofing company.

Really pleased with the work Hightop roofing have done to fix our roof. The storms took lots of tiles off our roof over Christmas and Hightop roofing were the only contractors we could get out asap after Christmas to do the repairs. The price was reasonable and the lads who came were polite and efficient and have done a good job. Would definitely recommend to others.

the worst decision was to hire this company to change my roof and gutters. 2 months after finishing work and still no one has come to fix what they screwed up. new gutters are leaking, covers do not cover holes after incorrect cutting. they left mess behind. Today they were finally supposed to come and make corrections, but of course no one showed up. they avoid answering the phone. the roof, which they did not replace, started leaking after they damaged it by putting up scaffolding and walking on it, so I still have to repair the ceiling. They even blocked me on fb because I shared my picture and opinion about them.
