Marc was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. There was a clear explanation of the work required along with how the job would progress. More to the point, he had described in that first conversation exactly how the job did progress. Marc’s two employees were extremely polite and respectful both to me but also to the neighbours in that vehicles were parked considerately and there was no shouting. The usual question at this point is “would you recommend this business?” My reply is simple. Without doubt. In fact I already have and Marc has won the job. Marc is fiercely proud of the reputation that he and the business have earned and rightly so. Long may they continue.

I needed a roof repair (rotting tile support timber) for an elderly relative in the Stone area. I checked the web for a larger, well-established company as I needed to deal with them remotely. My email request was responded to by a phone call within a couple of hours. The property was visited shortly afterwards by their surveyor who explained the problem to me over the phone and the magnitude of the repairs. A quote was received within 24 hours. I agreed to the quote and the work was completed within a week. Everything went smoothly and any debris was tidied up and removed. So everyone is very happy and it was a delight to hit on a company that was prepared to undertake a small job, rapidly and professionally.

Marc and one of his colleagues re-tiled our kitchen roof and fitted a new flashing kit around the skylight window. We had a small leak which was gradually getting worse and upon inspection Marc explained what the problem was. He provided photos on his phone during his investigation of the job. The rotten felt and battens were removed and replaced with new ones. The builders who built it had obviously done a bodge job. Marc’s team were punctual, polite and very good at clearing up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
