I employed Forsyth roofing for a new roof on my house because the old roof was basically too old and damaged. Everything looked fine until we got bad weather, when it rained I had more water leaking into house than I did with my old roof ( I am not exaggerating). I contacted Forsyth and he assured me he would be out the following morning to inspect it, he never turned up and after that he refused to take my calls. I was now getting internal damage and a friend gave me the number of a roofer she has used for years. On inspecting the roof he said this was not a professional that did this job. He said this guy did not use counter battens and the tiles were stretched to incorrect sizing, I was devastated. I had no choice but to pay to get this resolved. I went to the address for Forsyth roofing stated on this listing to demand answers and they told me they had never heard of him or it is in any way associated with this address. I spoke to a few locals and I asked if they knew this company and some did, they said he is not a time served tradesman and not a qualified roofer, once he has your money you have no guarantee, apparently I am not the only one this has happened to. The reason why this is a false address is because he is supposedly a gypsy. I can't believe I paid thousands of pounds for a new roof that was did incorrectly the have to pay a qualified tradesmen to correct it. I just hope people read this review so he doesn't do this to someone else.

These guys fixed my grans roof about 4 months ago would recommend this service they were polite and friendly and got the job done quick and efficiently

This chap talked a great game and unfortunately didn't follow it through. The work that was carried out on my roof was shocking and when it rains I am getting water in through my roof but because he has been paid will not answer my phone calls to fix the roof. I honestly think I could have done a better job myself, not the real deal!
