Very disappointing. I chose this company due to the reviews. I had new guttering to the front of the house and a bay window roof replaced. These works cost over £900. I opted for grp which I was told had a guarantee of 15 yrs and was better than felt. I had to call Scot back as each end of the guttering was pointing downwards and the rain could not run into the down pipe and just overflowed down the walls of the house. He came back and adjusted one side but said the other side needed the neighbours permission. I seeked permission from the neighbours, rang him back to tell him this. Secondly after only a year, the bay window roof started leaking and rain has got inside and ruined the wall with damage to the wallpaper too on either side of the window as the rain has run right down the walls. Scot returned and witnessed the damage . He told me the fibreglass roof hasn’t worked and would replace it with felt however I paid for a fibreglass roof. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been fixed properly and is lifting off in places, maybe because it has just been laid over the top of the fibreglass, also every time it is windy, I can hear the wind howling through it. I have contacted Scot again and again to come back and fix this, he has said on multiple occasions now that he is going to come back however never turns up. I have also asked for my guarantee numerous times which I still haven’t received. I asked if there was going to be any money to be refunded as the felt is cheaper than the fibreglass and he said not as he had to come back and fix the roof. I have sent emails and messages. All have been ignored. Trading standards have now been informed as this is not professionally acceptable. I have contacted other roofing companies for quotes to fix the roof and guttering which has ended up in them being completely shocked and amazed at the poor quality of the job. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of as a vulnerable older female.

Right from the start Emma, Scott and the team have been professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Doing the job for my mother in law who is 91 and nervous at have work done she was beyond happy. Reasonably priced we would definitely be recommending and using again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰

Scott and his team have just left mine today after sorting my leaking flat roof out. The whole experience has been so easy from the moment I called Emma, to Scott coming round to quote and then fix the roof - all sorted within 4 days of contact! I’m only sorry I didn’t offer you more hot drinks! Next time! Great company with proper down to earth people. Would definitely recommend! Thank you :)

I would definitely recommend these guys. They turned up when they said, both for the quote and the job. The work was done well and price wasn't excessive. Emma who sorts out the work and quotes was very efficient. So nice not to be fobbed off or told too small a job. A completely anxious free experience.

Used them to replace a flat roof and also to cap a chimney, they covered a chimney pot ventilating an active gas fire with tape preventing the escape of the exhaust gases, the cement used on the other chimney is now cracking and falling off after less than two years. The flat roof was replaced in 2020, I called them back in 2021 as the flashing around the edge had become detached from the wall, it has again become detached at each end but was told that it was only cosmetic and because it wasn't leaking, they would not return. I expect repairs/replacement works like this to last for more than 12 months at a time - I don't think that is unreasonable.
