A Anonymous1 StarCarl put a roof on my house 9 years ago. Straight away trading standards had to get involved to try to correct his work. The roof leaked after 8 years. I called him and he said he went out of business. After only 9 years I have to replace the roof. He signed a 25 year guarantee that he will not honour.
I should add that he actually blocked the neighbour’s drainage with the roofing which is why trading standards had to get involved.Thursday 3rd December 2020
