Lance has been really helpful over the years. He's done lots of work on our pitched and flat roof. There was a particularly confusing issue with a leak though our flat roof which took a few visits over a few months to fully fix. He has never left us hanging and came back to ensure the repair was completed properly. Nice chap as well.
