After storm babet we sprung a small leak in our roof. Mike repeatedly promised to come and have a look and fix it and every time he failed to turn up. When we contacted him it was as if we had never spoken to him before. I get that this is a busy time for roofers and I don't mind having to fit around other jobs but the failure to communicate was unreliable, unprofessional and rude and left us no further forward for over a week because we were always waiting on Mike.
