Gerald Charlie1 StarOnce we accepted the quote Mathew was quick to start the work. Once work had commenced he started to find problems and add additional costs to the original quote. Obviously we were shocked but as work had started we felt pressured to accept and as the work progressed more and more added costs were demanded. Which were going to total 250% of the original quote provided. It came to a point where we had to terminate the work and seek advice from citizens advice and other local roofing contractors. Once the work had been assessed by 2 other contractors they both came back with the same feedback "the additional work was not required and they couldn't see that it had been" Glad we terminated when we didTuesday 5th September 2023
